Opening on Fridays

 The Environmental Education Center will resume operations in the near future.

The website has updated information on the resumption of activities that include; among other things, family tours and Sukkot festival activities during the holidays.

Additionally, the café is closed for renovations during the month of August and will reopen in September.

Description:
For those who come in private cars, the guest tour of the site includes: Drive through the Hiriya transfer station and recycling industrial park where you will see and hear about the cost of our waste - past, present and future.
Going to the top of the “Hiriya mountain” it will be available at the end of the construction. At that time the Ariel Sharon Park will open to the general public.

Tour length of time is about two hours
9:00 - First Tour
11:15 - Second Tour

Cost: 30 ₪ per participant (including coffee and cake).
